He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Greer; his children, David Phillips (Misti), Donny Phillips and Dawn Eschenbrenner (Gregg); his brothers, Bobby Phillips and Harry Moon (Sheila); his grandchildren, Drew Phillips (Rebecca), Griffin Phillips and Mackenzie Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Tripp Phillips and Delilah Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
