She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Templeton of Arkansas and Florence Templeton of Arkansas; and her husband Carrol Fay Cato. She is survived by: her son Christopher; her daughter-in-law Tracy Cato; her grandchildren, Gray (Valerie Cato) and Cassidy Cato; and her great grandchild Penelope Cato.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the Charter Funeral Home (2521 US-31, Calera, AL 35040).
