He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Holifield and Ada Jean Holifield; his wife Kathy Holifield; his son Josh Holifield (Jennifer); his grandsons, Drake and Barrett Holifield; his daughter Terra Cook (Brandon); his grandchildren, Allyson Cook and Bradon Cook; his daughter Amy Hicks (Scotty); his grandchildren, Adalynn Hicks, Kistler and Archer Hicks; his sister Carol Moody (Trouble); and his sibling's children, Cade Moody (Kimberlee) and Allie Pridmore (Preston). He was also cherished by his loving family and close friends.
