He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy White and Evelyn White; and his daughter Jenna White Bates. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Falkner White; his daughter Amanda Boddie; and his granddaughter Erika (Charlee Ann Smith). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; special daughter.
