She is survived by: her husband Darryl Collins; her children, Kimberly Nowak, Shane Collins (Ginger), Lee Collins (Samantha), Lisa Dorough (Patrick) and Zac Collins (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Nicole, Payton, Joey, Megan, Grant, Harper, Reid, Shelby, Taylor, Jake, Riley, Cooper, Hudson, Brooklynn, Drew and Ben; and her pet Scout.
