He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie Brooks and Truman Brooks; and his sister Pam Brooks. He is survived by: his sons, Chad Brooks (Cathy) and Kent Brooks; his grandsons, Shawn and Colby Brooks; and his sisters, Carol Nash (Jeff), Wanda Sides and Sheila Douglass (Tracy). He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, and numerous other loving family members and friends.
