He was predeceased by: his mother Nora Pauline McDanal Parker. He is survived by: his father Charles A. Parker, Sr.; his wife Janet (Norris); his children, Rebecca Parker and Gary A. Parker, Jr. (Selena); his stepson Matt Johnson; and his brother Charles A. Parker, Jr. (Barbara). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
