With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Lawrence Frazier (Camp Hill, Alabama), born in West Point, Georgia, who passed away on October 22, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Allen Frazier and Florence Sorrell Frazier; and his parents-in-law, Paul Phillips and Geneva Griffin Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Paula Phillips Frazier; his brother-in-law Gregory P. Phillips (Krystal Q. Phillips); his niece Nish Phillips (Richard Maughon M. D.); and his pets, Gabby, Cooper and Bubba.
