For Billy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Webster of Carbon Hill; his children, Delene Payne of Jasper, Samantha Webster of Carbon Hill and Donald Ray Webster of Nauvoo; and his brothers, Roger Webster of Carbon Hill and Jerry Webster of Carbon Hill. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
