He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Baggett; his parents, Fred and Ruby; his siblings, Betty Joe, Bracy, Tracy, Sybil, Peggy, James (June) and Aaron; his son Jon Anthony; and his granddaughter Brandy.

He is survived by: his children, Michelle Carden of Cullman, Kathy Frederick of Dora and Russell Baggett of Mulga.
