He is survived by: his wife Ethel Mae Pate; his children, Cindy McDaniel (Mike) of Carrollton and Terry Pate (Delaine) of Carrollton; his brother Jerry Dean Pate (Susan) of Carrollton; his sister-in-law Wilda Pate of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Hannah Lawson (Brent), Josh Pate (Brandy), Shae McGee and Ty McDaniel; and his great grandchildren, Brodi McGee, Braner McGee, Rowdy McDaniel, Mattie Lawson, Caden Lawson, Kinsley Lawson, Karsen Pate, Kiptyn Pate and Brooke Baker.
