Richard Y Fiser Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2025, at the age of 90, Richard Y Fiser of Catherine, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Y Fiser to pay them a last tribute.
Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raney Lofton and Thelma Jordan Fiser. He is survived by: his wife Catherine of New Haven; and his children, Richard Lofton Fiser (Daun), Catherine Grace Ramey (Robert), Lisa Ellen McGuire and Susan Howell Waye (David). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home (1500 Frederick Rd, Opelika, AL 36801).
