He is survived by: his wife Kelly Hutchins; his children, Jesse Hutchins and Russell Burt (Levi); and his siblings, Archie Acrey and Betty Gaddison (Daniel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Cedar Bluff First Baptist Church Building Fund.
