He is survived by: his father Dewayne Chapman; his wife Alexis Sluder Chapman; his mother Stephanie Chapman; his children, Tyson Chapman and LaVada Chapman; and his siblings, Tucker Terry (Baylee), JaCameron Chapman, Joshua Chapman, Brooke Sparman and Aneetra Harris.
