She was predeceased by: her husband Paul W. Locke; her daughter-in-law Belinda Locke; her parents, Thomas Cecil Steele and Annie Louise Steele; and her siblings, Larry D. Steele, Sr., Shirley Howell, Brenda Deems, Dorothy McEwen and Peggy Lindsey.
She is survived by: her children, John Paul Locke and Donna Locke Tracy; her grandchildren, Abby Louise Tracy and Maggie Beth Tracy; her goddaughters, Teresa Ross and Laura Matthews; her sister Barbara Bryant; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy L. Whitley and Nancy D. Steele. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
