She was predeceased by : her husband Billy Joe Baker; her sisters, Sarah Thornton, Doris Formby and Annie Lou Potts; and her parents, John Smith and Carrie Smith.

She is survived by : her sons, Stephen Baker and Mark Baker; her granddaughters, Shauna Carothers (Ben) and Haley Baker; her great grandchildren, Clara Jane Carothers, Jack Wyatt Carothers and Joni Alice Carothers; her niece Linda Carol Hardin; and her close friends, Pat, Jerry Lockridge and Linda Compton.
