He was predeceased by : his father Keith Puckett. He is survived by : his children, Alyssa Puckett and Hunter Puckett; his mother Melissa McElroy; his stepfather Jeff McElroy; his siblings, Cristie Ford (Tony), Brent Puckett, Derek McElroy (Austin) and Jeffrey McElroy (Crystal); his grandparents, Aaron Collins and Margaret Collins; his aunt Sheree Collins (Brian Nunnally); and his close friend Shelynn Jackson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hokes Bluff Funeral Home (1901 Piedmont Cutoff, Gadsden, AL 35905). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, family requests no flowers but donations can be made to the Salvation Army.
