He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Faye Bell; and his sister Marvena Sue Bell. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Diane Bell; his daughters, Hannah Helton, Catlin Bell, Lillian Bell, Mary Streetman and Carissa Harrell; and his father Welsey Bell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
