She is survived by: her daughters, Erica Nicole Earwood (Christopher) and Elizabeth Alexis Hartline; her mother Dorothy Louise Simpson; her siblings, Lemuel George Frazier (Jennifer) and Jennifer Eloise Frazier; her grandchildren, Jayden Hartline, Kado Carlini, Lona Carlini, Dominic Earwood, Ariana Carlini, Jesse Earwood, Kaitlynn Earwood, Oran Earwod, Ridge Earwood and Zacharee Earwood; her boyfriend Kevin Ashley; her aunt Glenda Tucker; her close friend Warren Keith Ashley; her stepfather Kenny Ayers; and her former husband Mark Hartline. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
