She was predeceased by: her husband G. L. Peek; and her children, Gary Peek and Georgiann Peek Odam. She is survived by: her sons, Roger Peek (Glenda) and Danny Peek (Janice); her grandchildren, Jason Peek, Jeremy Peek (Andrea), Carrie Dodd (Mike), JoJo Odam (Leah), Kayla Blankenship (Dustin) and Kendra Carter (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Colton Peek, Anden Peek, Kinzlee Peek, Aubie Justus (Preston), Preston Odam, Alex Odam, Hunter Richardson, Aloria Blankenship and Oceana Blankenship; and her brother-in-law Dave Fischer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home (927 E Main St, Centre, AL 35960). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (927 E Main St, Centre, AL 35960).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the East Centre Baptist Church Building Fund.
