He is survived by : his daughter Debra Headrick Blair (Van); his grandchildren, Lindy Snead (Bubba) and Kristina Puckett (Johnny); his great grandchildren, Madi Puckett, JJ Puckett, Thomas Snead, Colby Snead and Carter Snead; and his close friends, Henry Careaga, Delane Ingram and Melanie Pace.
