He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Dempsey and Clara Dempsey. He is survived by: his wife Eloise McCord Dempsey; his son Jeff Dempsey; his siblings, Jerry Don Dempsey (Peggy), Patricia Ann Kisor and Shelvia Jean Hudson; his grandchildren, Dylan Kyle Dempsey and Megan Tolbert (Chase); and his great grandchild Jackson Tolbert. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
