It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Georgia Ann Grimes of Centre, Alabama, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Merle Grimes; her brother Mitchell Aaron; and her parents, Leo Cornelius and Virginia Catherine Aaron. She is survived by : her children, Kevin Grimes (Beth) and Gina Minnix (Tommy); her brother Paul Aaron (Fleda); her grandchildren, Amanda Hays (Dane), Jake Minnix (Meagen), Hudson Grimes (Bri Adams) and Preston Grimes (Maddy); and her caregivers, Carole Powell and Barbara Ryan. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to Centre First Baptist Church Building Fund.
