He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Armstrong; his siblings, Jackie Armstrong, Charles Amos Armstrong, Frances Haney and Maxine Garrett; and his parents, William "Bill" Armstrong and Gladys Bobo Armstrong.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Armstrong (Kristi Bartlett) and Shelba Holmes (Tim); his sister Barbara Jo Gowens; his grandchildren, Amy Ferguson (Brennon) and Cheltzey Clements (Nick); his great grandchildren, Gracey Ferguson, Gauge Ferguson, Addalynn Clements, Reed Clements, Noah Clements, Lucas Clements and Willow Clements; his sister-in-law Patsy Armstrong; his nieces and nephews, Mark Armstrong (Ginger), Angie Keener (Ken), Tammy Esparza (Miguel), Brenda, Kathy, Nancy and Wayne; and his close friends, Bobby Cochran, Danny Cochran (Joan), Vickie Henry (Talmadge) and Allen.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perry Funeral Home (1611 Clarence E Chesnut Jr Bypass, Centre, AL 35960). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hebron Cemetery (4445 County Rd 113, Centre, AL 35960).
