He was predeceased by: his father Doug Johnson; and his brother Lyon Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Demie Jo Johnson; his mother Reba Nell Chambers; his sister Leigh Ann Johnson (Randy Smith); his stepbrother David Chambers (Dee Chambers); his nephews, Bradley Smith, Rand Smith and Jay Chambers; and his niece Lila Smith.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cherokee Pines Golf Club (270 County Rd 382, Centre, AL 35960).
