He was predeceased by : his siblings, Joe Van Hill, Hugh Hill, Betty Hill and Jane Smith; and his parents, Roy Lee and Cora Hill.
He is survived by : his children, Jacob Lee Hill and Julie Grimes (Robert); his brother Phillip Hill; his granddaughters, Rebecca Beck (Chance) and Mary Katherine Grimes; his great grandchild Ella Bridges; his close friend Sunny Hawkins; and his sisters, Mary Roberts and Rovene Treece.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to First Baptist Church building fund.
