With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Wingard Cobb of Centre, Alabama, who passed away on December 23, 2023 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Commodore and Mary Alice Stone Wingard; and her husband George Washington Cobb, Jr.. She is survived by : her sons, George William Cobb (Betty) and James Henry Cobb; her grandsons, George Clinton Cobb (Missy) and William Nathan Cobb (Angie); and her brother Herbert Stone Wingard. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
