It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Campmire Garrett (Centre, Alabama), who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Campmire and Eunice Campmire; and her siblings, Juanita Bradley, Martha Pearce, Sarah Jordan, Peggy Gowens, Lamar Campmire and Jimmy Campmire.

She is survived by : her husband Tom; and her son Steve. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and family.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Centre First Methodist Church.
