She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Goforth, Chrissy Willyard and Heather Ray; her goddaughter Heather Ray; her son Ricky Willyard, II; her siblings, Brenda Evans and Jerry Jackson; her grandchildren, Lakotha Goforth, Ana Salazar, Maggie Willyard, Abby Hernandez and Jacob Goforth; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Goforth, Ryleigh Goforth and Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help assist with the final arrangements.
