She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Colburn and Julia McDonald Colburn; her husband Rayford Smith; and her son Sammy Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Coleman (John) and Patricia Bailey. She is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
