He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Alexander; and his parents, Holland Walters and Bobbie Jo Walters. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Walters Mullins (William) of Chancellor, AL and Lindin Spragg of Pensacola, FL; his siblings, Sheila Anne Walters Skinner (Buddy) of Enterprise, AL, Michael Walters of Samson, AL and Keith Walters (Donna) of Coffee Springs, AL; and his grandson Jevier Mullins.
