He is survived by: his wife Gail Hammett of Chancellor, AL; his children, Martinique Hammett of Jacksonville, FL, Tammy Webb (Tony) of Cumming, GA, Sherry Lathem (Michael) of Cumming, GA, David Hammett of Jacksonville, FL, Jason Hammett of Dothan, AL, Matthew Hammett (Alexis) of Jacksonville, FL, Randy Hammett (Laura) of Dawsonville, GA and Leslie Hammett of Alamo, GA; and his sisters, Cheryl Driscol of Woodstock, GA and Vicki Dickman (Dale) of Donalsonville, GA. He is also survived by nine grandsons; two granddaughters; three great grandsons.
