She was predeceased by : her parents, Roland Baxter and Katie Anna Baxter; her husband Jack Arthur Cozad; her siblings, J. Kenneth Baxter, John T. Baxter and Wilma Kilpatrick; and her son Marvin Dale Cozad.

She is survived by : her children, Kevin Cozad (Tina) and Laura Vest; her sisters, Annette Caten and Betty Moorer (James); and her grandchildren, Jackie Rumer (Glenn), Jamie Davis, Charles Morrison (Samantha), Lorrie Gilchrist (Josh), Bryan Cozad, Corey Cozad, Cody Cozad (Regina), Dale Gann, Emily Gann and Taylor Thrash. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
