He was predeceased by: his mother Easter Mazingo; his wife Alice Mazingo; his father Robert Mazingo; and his siblings, Bob Mazingo, JC Mazingo, Roy Mazingo and Charlotte James.
He is survived by: his children, Tracie Weeks (Powers) of Gilbertown, AL and Tommy Mazingo (Marcia) of Houston, TX; his sisters, Charlene Adams (Ronald) and Wynema Chapman (Roger); his grandchildren, Logan Weeks (Kaleigh) of Jackson, Britain Weeks of Gilbertown, Madeleine Mazingo of Houston and Thomas Mazingo of Houston, Texas; and his great grandchild Charleigh Weeks.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Life Fellowship Church (16244 St Stephens Ave, Chatom, AL 36518). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
