He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Farrell Wideman and Lucille Nabors Wideman; and his sister Karen Wideman (Kay). He is survived by: his wife Susan Holcombe Wideman; his sons, Charles Andrew Wideman (Crystal), David Farrell Wideman (Jennifer) and Joshua Cole Wideman (Lindsey); and his sister Kathy Wideman White (Ray). He is also survived by 3 grandsons and two granddaughters; and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Shelby Baptist Church (4100 Belcher Dr, Birmingham, AL 35242). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
