She was predeceased by: her father James T. Raley; her husband Weldon of Chelsea, AL.; her son David Wayne Weldon; her parent Ivie Clinkscales Raley; and her siblings, Matilene Holcombe, Nadine Southern, Christine Dorminey, Raymond Raley and Dan T. Raley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Weldon Smith and Dawn Weldon Arnold (Mike); her grandchildren, Joshua David Arnold (Leslie), Jonathan Michael Arnold (Molly) and Jenna Arnold Runge (Kenton); and her great grandchildren, Graham Weldon Arnold, Henry Greyson Arnold, Kayson Jane Runge, Leo James Arnold and Cade Alexander Runge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chelsea Church of God (2020 Co Rd 39, Chelsea, AL 35043). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Chelsea Church of God in Chelsea, Alabama.
