He is survived by: his wife Misty Womack; his children, Brandon Womack (Kelsi Spain), Madison Womack (Daniel Casteel) and Ciera Womack (Garrett Watkins); his granddaughter Lilliana Womack; and his sisters, Tammy Putman (Wade) and Christina Nichols. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
