He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Maxwell (Simp) and Katie Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Deanna Terry (Lee), David Maxwell and Daniel Maxwell (Tosha); his siblings, Tim Maxwell, Mary Ann Willis and Rita Thorne (David); his grandchildren, Ashlynn Maxwell, Sydney Maxwell, Karli Jo Maxwell, Evelyn Maxwell and Lydia Maxwell; his father-in-law Bobby Williams; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Rich (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Compassion Outreach at Cherokee First Baptist Church.
