He was predeceased by: his father Billy Wayne Aday; his brother-in-law Melvin Nix; and his nephews, Matthew Nix and William Strickland. He is survived by: his mother Betty Speegle Aday; his siblings, Jeff Aday (Chellie), Barry Aday, Steven Aday (Teresa), Amy Aday Rikard, Betsy Strickland (Eddie) and Stephanie Ponder (Monroe); his aunt Sharon Michael (Shush Kaye); and his cousin Debbie Thompson. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles & Cousins and several great – nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home - Cherokee (10865 US-72, Cherokee, AL 35616). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
