She was predeceased by: her siblings, Steven Thomas, Michael Thomas and Dian Chambers; and her parents, Lawrence and Ruth Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Tara Warpup (Mitchell), Buck Chambers (Brandy), Lori Jett and Sabrina Pounders; her grandchildren, Jessica Davis (Will), Hannah Chambers, Katelyn Balentine, Selena Hopson and Kayleigh Scott; her great grandchildren, Chloe Hargett, Luke Hargett, Sophia Jaquette and Alexandra Davis; her nephews, Raymond Burcham Jr. (Lanette), Tommy Burcham (Kim), Curtis Canida (Carolyn) and Quinton Canida; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Benji Burcham, Whitney Grenada (Kaleb) and Alex Burcham.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital.
