It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Dianne Kenney of Cherokee, Alabama, born in Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Labon Curtis Donahue (LC) and Laura Ann Smith Donahue (Polly). She is survived by : her husband Danny Kenney; her daughters, Kymberly Smith, Shannon Hamilton Sumerel (Michael) and Saundra Montgomery (Jason); her grandchildren, Maggie Adams (Justin), Asia Hester (Katherine), Matt Foster (Amber), Colt Hester, Nichole Sumerel, Hanna Kikta, Abby Kikta and Jaden Bretherick; and her great grandchild Nash Adams.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Valley Grove Baptist Church (3036 Old Hwy 20, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Valley Grove Baptist Church and/or to a No Kill Animal Shelter of your choice.
