He is survived by: his nephew Randall McCord; his wife Dr. Shelby Talley; and his daughters, Gina Hawkins (Mike), Jennifer Gastley (Dan) and Lisa Stephenson (Sam). He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
