He is survived by: his children, Matthew Wade Dillard, James Nathaniel Maxwell and Jaida Marie Mullins; his siblings, William Lawrence Maxwell, John David Maxwell and Tajauana Jill Maxwell; his uncle Johnny Lee Walker; and his niece Tabitha Maxwell (Daniel Turberville).
