He was predeceased by : his siblings, Rickey Tilley and Margaret Jean Bruno. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn S. Tilley; his mother Billie E. Tilley; his sister Evelyn T. Kuuan; his father-in-law Johnny Smoot of Childersburg, AL; his children, Melissa Smoot, Katrina Smoot, Johnnie Smoot (Tareka), Alex Smoot (Kendria), Lydia Tilley, Daniel Tilley, Christopher Tilley, Timothy Tilley, Mary Tilley, Maya Tilley and Phillip Tilley; his aunt Rosalyn Fisher of Atlanta, GA; his cousin Catherine Hall; and his nephew Deon Tilley (Tabitha). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
