He is survived by: his children, Jill Mowdy, Drew Mowdy (Melinda) and Rick Mowdy (Lonetta); his grandchildren, Samantha Motes (Adam), Dylan Mowdy (Jessica), Claudia Denmark (Garret), Hannah Bush (Caleb), Rebekah Mowdy (Eeyon) and Samuel Mowdy; his great grandchildren, Wendell, Camille, Alice, Ramona, Mamie and Elijah; his pet Rocky; his sister Judith McClung; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Klinger Peterson and Susie Klinger.
He will be remembered not only for his contributions to his community and career but, more importantly, for the love he shared with his family and friends.
