He was predeceased by: his parents, George Leonard and Martha Jane Chancery. He is survived by: his wife Alfreda Bangle Chancery; his sons, Edward Lamar Chancery Jr. (Pam) and Joseph Dile Chancery II (Frances); his grandchildren, Allison Nicole Chancery, Matthew Ray Chancery and Bella Dile Chancery; and his great grandchildren, Zoe-Jane, Rylan, Warren, Elaina, Lucas and Adalynn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Baptist Church (19655 Mobile St N, Citronelle, AL 36522). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Pine Crest Cemetery.
