He is survived by: his girlfriend Darlene Schaffer; his children, Meagan Reed and Brooke Rivers; his stepdaughters, Julia Schaffer and Jasmine Johnson; his grandchildren, Miley, Isaiah, Dawson, Micah, Samuel, Annisyn, Karis, Karson and Lil Shane; his father Joe Newton; and his aunt Ida. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Freeman Funeral Home (19180 Center St, Citronelle, AL 36522). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at the Cedar Creek Brethren Cemetery.
