Lois Wooley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Wooley of Citronelle, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Fretwell and Stella Fretwell; and her siblings, Auther Fretwell of Wilton Fretwell, R. V, Ernie Fretwell and Louise Parrent.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Wooley (Tonya); her granddaughter Nicole Scott (Joshua); her great grandchildren, Faith and Daniel Scott; her siblings, Lorane Henderson (Don), Ovenia Howard, Doris Ridge (Robert), Edna Bedgood, Carolyn Farmer (Tom), Jimmy Fretwell (Jan) and Windell Fretwell (Carol); and her sisters-in-law, Evelynn Fretwell and Barbara Fretwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A wake will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (19180 Center St, Citronelle, AL 36522). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at the Pine Crest Cemetery.
