We announce the death of Ron Michael Johnston (Citronelle, Alabama), who passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 25. He was predeceased by: his father Michael Johnston; his brother Alex Johnston; and his grandparents, Juanita Johnston, Peter Johnston and Charles "Friday" Maddox.
He is survived by: his cousins, Chris Rowell and Austin Lewis (Ryan "Gilt"); his mother Renee Johnston; his siblings, Kimber Johnston Smith (Jeremy), Cheyenne Roberts (Jonathon), Michelle Johnston (Jacob Motes), Brandon Johnston and Charles "CJ" Johnston; his aunts and uncles, Ralph Maddox, Charles "Bubba" Maddox, Judy Sullivan, Ruby Walston (Robert) and Christie Pritchett (Glenn); and his cousins, Heaven Walston and Tori Maddox-Anderson. He is also survived by cousins; and many other relatives and friends.
A reception was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (19180 Center St, Citronelle, AL 36522).
