She is survived by: her husband Edward Spurlock; her children, James Spurlock (Winter), Hannah Smith (Trey) and Hailey Spurlock (Colton); her grandchildren, Ryder, Rylin, Ryker, Ronan and Rayna; her father Edward Bexley; her siblings, Edward Bexley, Jr. (Ashley), Kimberli Westcott (Brandon) and Paige Bexley (Ryan); her nieces and nephews, Kyla Kerlin, Virginia Bexley, Wyatt Bexley, Bryson Westcott and Maverick Carmack; and her mother Debra Jackson.
